At Selfcenter, we take great care in designing and crafting our intimate apparel. Because of the custom and delicate nature of our products, please allow a little extra time for us to personalize and prepare your order from the moment you place it.
Shipping Times
US & Asia: Orders within the U.S & Asia countries. Typically arrive within 2-3 weeks. However, orders placed during busy holiday periods may experience slightly longer shipping times, up to 4 weeks.
UK, Australia, Canada & Europe: We estimate that orders to these regions will arrive within 3-4 weeks from the date of purchase. During peak holiday seasons, shipping may take up to 5 weeks.
Shipping Costs
- Free Shipping: We offer FREE global shipping on all orders over $200.
- Standard Shipping: For orders under $200, we charge a flat rate of $15 for shipping.
Important to Note:
- Address Changes: Please note that updates or changes to shipping addresses must be made within 30 minutes of your purchase. Please review your confirmation email and contact us immediately if you need to make any changes.
- Photo Edits or Swaps: Once your order has been submitted, we cannot accept requests to swap or edit photos.
- Military Addresses: We are unable to ship to military addresses(APO, FPO, DPO) or PO boxes. If a military address is provided at checkout, we will email you requesting a new address. If the shipping cost to the new address differs from the original shipping fee, we will invoice you for the difference, and your order will be processed once the invoice is paid.
